I have another problem about the email response. I would like to change the subject of alert mail with the event type, source IP address and destination address, since the default subject of email alert from RealSecure just written "From RealSecure SMTP Mailer". I have to examine the contact of each alert mail to determine what exactly happen in the monitor network. I have searched the manuals and help files but no any information about setting the subject of email. Could anyone know how to do this please advice. Weike Pong, ITSC, HKUST, Hong Kong

I've talked to CheckPoint about this (dealing with the CheckPoint OEM'd version of RealSecure), and they told me that this is a known bug that ISS is working on. You're not alone - I have the same problem. Hopefully they'll get this one resolved SOON. -Mike Wilson -Sr. Network Computing Pure Scientist -UNIFIED Technologies -Troy, NY
