Title: FW: Global Responses

The Derive New button is found in the Global Responses window.  When I bring up the Global Responses all I have is a blank window.

Am I correct in assuming that Derive New means that you are trying to create a user-defined response?  THese need to be defined in teh Global Responses first, and then imported to each engine to which you want that response to work with.  THis saves time in that to add user-defined response "y" to 8 engines, you don't have to create it by hand 8 times.  You only do it once, and then import it to each of teh 8 engines.

I currently do not have any global responses set up on RealSecure, but when I try and create a new response the "Derive New" button is grayed out.  Any reason why this is?
