I am Nick Connor, the Product Manager for System Scanner. I am sorry to
hear that you are having problems with System Scanner 4. The best place to
raise this question is with ISS Support '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'.
I am not aware of any problems with System Scanner 4 and SP6. What X-Press
Update level have you installed and applied? I would recommend applying all
available X-Press Updates ( 1 to 7) - not only do X-Press Updates add new
checks but we also correct problems with both Console or Agents. When you
say the test does not run, can you describe what you are doing and what you
are seeing on the System Scanner Console?
I am also not aware of any known problems of running System Scanner Console
and the RealSecure Console on the same platform.

Hi:
I have a couple of questions:
1) Does System Scanner 4.0 works correctly if i'm
using Service Pack 6.0 on the server. Have you ever
registered some fault about this. I mean, i have SP6.0
in my server and S2S 4.0 with SP1, but i can't run any
test, because the process keep hanged. I have tried
running this in around 10 server and no one has run.
2) Can i have running in the same server S2S console
(4.0) and RS Console (3.0), without troubles, because
some people have comented that i shouldn't have both,
and thats why i can't run S2S
