The Internet Scanner policy files can be copied from one machine to another.
In the 5.x versions, we stored policies in the registry, but we made these
separate files in version 6.x to make it easier to migrate them from one
machine to another.
Make sure you use a binary transfer mode if you copy them via FTP.
