Check the file attributes of any files in the C:\Program
Files\ISS\RealSecure 5.5 console\Updates directory. Remove any read only
attributes.
This should enable you to perform the XPU.

When updating the OS sensor using X-press Update, we can only update one of
our OS Sensors. We receive and error message that states "Could not create
local copy of package file. Reason: Access is Denied {ID-5}" Is this a
know problem or is there some listed steps to update other OS Sensors?
