Simon!
RealSecure 5.5 uses Access 2000 for it's .mdb format. Previous versions of
RS used Access 97. Please try installing Access 2000 on this box and
running your reports. If you have further issues, please contact us at Tech
Support --> [EMAIL PROTECTED]

When attempting to generate a report from the RealSecure master console, I
get the following error which occurs after I have selected the report and
clicked 'preview':
"Seagate Crystal Reports: DB Error
A file could not be opened: "RSLog" at file location: "RSLog"
After clicking OK (only choice), I immediately get another error message:
"RealSecure: Unable to connect: incorrect session parameters"
I am running Workgroup Manager 5.5 on Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP6. I
have tried a clean install to no avail.
TIA & Kind Regards!
Simon Herring
