I am in the testing process of rolling over to W2K and have found some
"strange" behavior in roaming profiles. On the server I have a profiles
folder (and subfolders) for users roaming profiles to be stored. The
Everyone group has the ability to read and add. The CREATOR OWNER group has
Full Control. The strange behavior occurs when a user logs on to a
workstation and the profile folder is created. W2K completely disregards the
security settings for the folder the profile folder is created in and sets
access to the user the profile is for and the SYSTEM.

It seems quite strange that a user can create a folder on a system and the
administrator has NO access.

Anyone aware of this and a possible work around?

Thanks,

Paul
