There is a book called "Windows 2000 Security -- Technical Reference"
released by Microsoft Press.  It's a good guide for Win2K.  Obviously
it'll take some time to get get all the nuts and bolts tightened down as
NT 4.0 did.

As for Terminal Services and Citrix not too sure.  Check Citrix website
to see if they have any checklists.
