This might be related to the xpress update 2.2, I had similar problems .....
try backing it out and re-start everything.

I have a RS sensor that is giving the following error from the console:
Sensor Log Progress
DB Sync Error. - The Log File Manager on the engine failed to
initialize
Anyone know how to fix this? It started after I used the X-Press update to
get the fix for Stick.
