Hello to you all!

Just added my self to the forum, and I wish to add my knowledge to you:

1. Other programs like Hyena and Dameware are:
        a. Veritas Manage Exec - I tried it in an older version and it looks very
good, although it is "Heavier" than Hyena and Dameware, and I guess it is
more expensive.
        http://www.veritas.com/us/products/manageexec/
        b. HP ManageX is also a "Heavy" one. I didn't check it, just saw a short
live demo - http://www.managementsoftware.hp.com/products/managex/index.asp

2. Specific tools to change passwords across a workgroup / domain are the
ones following. I have tried none, but marked for my self to future test.
Let us know what you think, if you will test it. Both have several tools
regarding passwords change and sync + users management (including rights).

a. NT service account manager by LanIcu - http://www.lanicu.com/index2.htm
b. "Logical Software" tools -

Hi Paul,

Another useful program:

DameWare NT Utilities
www.dameware.com

Paul,
I have used Hyena by Adkins Resource (now Systemtools) for several years to
do this task. It will administer all workstations and servers in all the NT
domains you have admin rights to. With it you can view everything that is
going on in your enterprise, start and stop services, shutdown servers and
workstations, view event logs, see who is logged in, view trusts, explore
drives (without having to map to them), check disk space, and yes change
domain as well as local passwords on workstations and member servers. Here
is a link to their site, where you can download a 30 day version that goes
perm when you register.

Hope this helps,

Jeff
