Greetings, I am new to the list. We are in the middle of deploying the Server Sensors and have had a few reports (6 servers out of around 80) that after we installed the Server Sensor of Windows Blue Screens and and lockups with a Black Screen. This has happened primarly on Windows 2000 servers. We have had one instance of an immeadate Blue screen after installing the Server Sensor on NT 4. The dump file from one of the 2000 servers was reviewed by Microsoft who states that the Black Ice service seems to be the problem. Has anyone else ran into this situation?
