1. Use HTTP_Windows_Executable (XPU 3.1) to protect from launching *.exe in
case of Web Windows servers.
2. Ignore outgoing traffic in case of RS placing between Internet and yor
network.

Dear ISS Forum,
I created an event to prevent any attempt to run any program installed at a
directory named 'exec' from the outside using HTTP with RSKILL. No problem.
Then our network users complain that they can not get access to some web
sites, e.g. www.amazon.com, because it uses the string exec at the url.
Question: How can I protect our network and still give full access to
external sites?
