For us, this is a symptom of a larger problem.  Our network, particularly
critical paths, is switched & full-duplex.  How does one monitor traffic
to and from a device, when all the sensors are single port devices?
The hub idea only works if total traffic is under 100Mb.  If you have more
than 50Mb each way, one literally cannot monitor all the traffic.

We are using a band-aid solution by using a sensor w/ GBE port to monitor a
100Mb link, but that doesn't help on the GBE links.

What I really want is a "bump in the wire" device that has two ports, and
monitors as traffic flows through it.
