Scenario 1: Set a rule in firecell that permits traffic from the email
server only before your cleanup rule.

Outbound Firecell not included: The deterministic network code from 5.5 and
6.0 was swapped out for the BlackICE code.

Dear all,

I'm trying to configure firecell in server sensor ver 6.5 with following
scenario :

A1=> Allow all IP trafic from workgroup manager; response = none
B1=> Allow all incoming HTTP traffic; response = none
B2=> Block all TCP traffic; response = display, logdb;mail

The problem is sensor can not send e-mail since reply packet from e-mail
server
is blocked by rule B2.

How to solve this problem ???

Another questions :

= What are the reasons not include outbound firecell feature anymore in ver
6.5 ?

= If I allow FTP passive connection to my server with server sensor
installed how to configure firecell ??

TIA
Adi
