I recently installed the upgrade of the network sensors from 6.5 to 7.0 and the Console to 6.6. Upgrade went well and did not encountered any problems. Updated my sensors again to xpress update 20.1 and the event collector to SR 1.2. Problem now is that I noticed that some of the sensors would stop from sending events to the console and would just end up to have at least 2 active sensors sending events in the console screen. But their status in the Managed Assets Window is still ok. I checked on the logs during the time that the said sensors were inactively not sending event consoles and found that no events were also logged in the database. Sensors seem to stop monitoring events. Whenever this happens, I tried to restart the issdaemon on the inactive sensors and everything will be back to "normal" for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Are these known bugs with version 7.0? Any of you guys encountered the same problem I have? Would appreciate if anyone could help me isolate the problem here. Thanks in adavance.
