Veritas 4.5 backup issues with Server sensor 6.5 BlackICE

During the installation we opted for custom install where we picked "Network Monitoring". This ended up installing Black ICE component on the servers. Later on in May of this year we moved our backup software from ArcServe 2000 to Veritas 4.5. Apparently backups have been failing on some of these servers with timeout errors. Is there any known issue between Real secure server sensor 6.5 Black ICE network monitoring component and Veritas 4.5 backup software? Has anybody experienced this before?   Sincere Regards,   Vincent
