We had similiar problems where I work.  We ended up downloading the network
engine from ISS (this is always best, for it is the current build) and then
reinstalling the sensors.  When we applied the XPU's we did it sequentially
i.e. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 then the SR.  This cleared up the problem for us.  Before
you do this, find a sensor that is giving you the most errors and try it on
that one. If it works, then you know what your problem is.
