My guess is that you have not applied the database patch yet. All of your records are going into the toilet (More specifically the "Events Rejected" table) The patch can be found at iss.net/downloads It is called RealSecure6.xDatabasePatch.exe from the URL above click ENTERPRISE login as your username... click workgroup manager click yes scroll down to see RealSecure6.xDatabasePatch.exe Regards.
