Hi duke, You may wish to download the installation guide from the iss website. But in brief, provided your ActiveCare is valid, you can conduct the upgrade yourself. Just download the appropriate XPU packages and you can remotely upgrade your sensors from 6.5 to 7 via the RealSecure WGM.
