Hi all, I installed Server Sensors in both of my Web Servers. One day during Norton real time scan, it detected a virus in server sensor's blackICE folder. Chcked the mailing list before and understand that it is some kind of false positive. My question is, if Norton quarantine the file, will it effect the functionality of ISS? How to address this issue? Is it safe to exclude virus scanning of that folder? Please advice?
