Hello,

what you can do is to verify first if the sensors are added as event sources
for your event collector. To do this from the propereties of the event
collector choose the event sources tab, you should see in here your sensors
otherwise click on add to add your sensors. Another way to configure your
event collector to manage your sensors is by running the deployment wizard
form the console > file.

Be sure that the encryption keys are in the right place. Public keys of the
Console and Event Collector must reside in the public key directory of your
sensors.

Warmest regards,

Subject: uninstall and reinstall

Hello,
I Had a problem with my Entreprise database (database
corrupted). So, I uninstall my existing console and event
collector, reinstall, and apply the critical update.
The installation is ok
The patch is installed successfully
But I have the following error message, in managed assets
window :
"The sensor is not being monitored by the event collector!
please reconfigure the event collector to monitor this
sensor"

any suggestion is welcome
Thank you
