I am going through that right now. I ran the update to take my workgroup
manager to upgrade from 6.5 to 6.6 and ended up getting that message. I
spoke with tech support at ISS and they said that my database might be over
90% full and it was. I purged some information from the database and the
error message went away. I have some other database issues now that we are
addressing with Knowledge Base article 1: CRITICAL PATCH: RealSecure 6.x
Database Patch. Ultimately, in my case, it looks like I may be losing my
existing database, but I don't think that it is upgrade related.
