Hi! The problem you desribe is linked with ISS ED setup, that needs "English" or "US" local settings to be conducted properly. If set to some Eastern European standard during installation then ISS ED schema is constructed in a wrong way and all events land in the "Events Rejected" table.
To solve your problem - remove the software, set local settign to "English", install ISS ED and Workgroup Manager, set the locals to your prefered ones. I asked ISS support to put this in the manuals, but they ignored it and now I still can see many cases like yours...
