Our sensors are working with realsecure release 7.0 on a W2000-FR server.
Our management console is working with realsecure 6.6 release ( for compatibilirty reason , I have not really understood why) also on a W2000-FR server.
Everything was working right , up to the Xpress update XPU 20.6.
When we tried to installed XPU20.7 update last week , it does not appear on the management console, so we are unable to upgrade to this XPU.
ISS told us that it is a compatbility problem due to our W2000 french version.
So we are going to reinstall in W2000-US. We would like not to do a global reinstallation , but just reinstall W2000-US on W2000-FR without realsecure reinstallation .
Does someone knows if it will works or if there are potential problems
