Hello all,

I've been noticing a recurring problem with our Enterprise Database.  We have multiple 
consoles monitoring our environment and we have set up a specific domain account to 
use these consoles.  The Asset Database and Enterprise Database both reside on the SQL 
2000 box.  A couple of times a month we will notice that the account becomes locked 
out and we receive the above message from the SQL 2000 box.  Has anyone else had this 
problem?  Is there something going on in RealSecure that is causing this lockout?  
Perhaps in the communication of the Event Collector and Enterprise Database?  
Unlocking the account allows us to access the Asset Database and Enterprise Database 
and run reports.  The account has been given the proper access on the SQL machine.  
All keys are in their proper places.

ED = W2k Server running SQL 2000 SP2
Console = W2k Pro SP2
EC = W2k Pro SP2
