Hello, I am trying to get email notification every time the Gnutella_Download signature gets a hit. I have no problems getting the email notification working. However, I am unable to include anything other than the Fields listed in the Response setup dropdown window. Specifically, there is a FILE field in the data returned from a Gnutella_Download hit. The value of that field is the actual file name downloaded. When I add that to the list of fields that will be shown in the email notification I get the following appended to ALL the other email notifications BUT the Gnutella_Download ones (which don't come through at all when the FILE field is included in the list of fields). According to the documentation (VERY sparse in this area) it should return a 'N/A' if the field is empty or not used by a signature. You'll note that I tried <:FILE> and <FILE> in the field list. I have received no email notifications of Gnutella_Download hits since adding either to the end of the field list (even though I show multiple hits via RealSecure Console. I called support. They claimed Reg Exp non-involvement and were no help. Anyone? Verne
