When you did the install of the Network Sensor, you was asked to provide a
Key Administrator with the format computername_administrator ( i.e.
CONSOLE_admin, where CONSOLE is the hostname of the workgroup manager and
admin is the username of the user that will be login onto the system to make
changes ). You can either re-install the network sensor and provide this
information or you can edit a file on the Network Sensor ( I can not
remember which exact file but you can open it with notepad and it is on the
third line ) simply add the key administrator and you should be fine.

Devonne
