[ISSForum] TCP_Data_Changed

Could anyone shed some light on the "TCP_Data_Changed" signature (RS7 sensor). Is this fragment overlap?

How annoying it is to cut a signature from Fastanlysis and paste it on the Xforce database search engine only to get the "Sorry, blah blah ....."
Could ISS please at least be consistent with signature naming throughout.
