Avi,   I don't have an explanation for this one.  Are both of your consoles connected to the same application server?  Perhaps the second console may have local issues.  At this point without access to your consoles, I really can't be of much assistance.   You need to update your help files on your consoles.  You can find the updated file in the following directory on your Application Server  \Program Files\ISS\RealSecure SiteProtector\Application Server.  You should be able to find a file called AttacksMap.zip in that directory.  Copy that file to your console and extract the files into the following directory on your SiteProtector console - \Program Files\ISS\RealSecure SiteProtector\Console\Help.    Jimmy H.
