1900 models don't use CatOS.  They use IOS for Catalyst switches.  Different
feature sets and different command syntax at times.

Birol is correct...span a port, plug in the sensor and call it a day.

Actually I believe his question was can he have a network sensor on the

You need to configure a Port Monitoring (SPAN) in order to do this.

You set up a SPAN port (which you connect your Real Secure) and choose which
ports to monitor (generally this is a single port that is connected to your
firewall or router - depending on what you want to monitor ).
