You don't say which version of network sensor you are using but assumming it is 6.5 and not 7.0 which opens a whole new line of problems with encryption, there still could be a few problems. Things to check would be is the sensors pub key in the event collectors key store and have you run the deployment wizard to manage the sensor, and is the current users console pub key on the sensor and the event collector

Subject: [ISSForum] "no credentials to access in the open key container"

HI,

I have just re-installed IIS - Real Secure 6.5 but I am getting this error message in the RS console.
----------------------------
Event Type:     Error
Event Source:   ISS
Event Category: EventCollector
Event ID:       1
Date:           2/22/2003
Time:           2:45:42 PM
User:           N/A
Computer:       SNIF1
Description:
(event_collector_1) - Error trying to connect to [EMAIL PROTECTED] event source:
The current user has no credentials in the open key container  [ID=0xc7200001]
----------------------------

I have already checked the RS Concole and Event collector's PubKey in the unix host in which the server_sensor_1
is located.

There isn't much info in the manuals and the search in the internet only mentioned about the RS Console and
Event_collector's PubKey.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks
