Nokia 7.0 ships current up to 20.7. 20.8 - 20.10 are for the existing sensors only (Linux and Windows). Nokia will be supported (and hence receive all the updates after 20.7) with the first XPU post the official Nokia release which occurred this morning. That is why you receive the notification that applying post 20.7 XPU's to Nokia 7.0 do not contain any updates for Nokia.
