Johan,   The problem is quite likely that the sensor runs as Local System and not the login user. Any process that it spawns will run as the same user and have the same permissions. The notepad process probably starts and then fails when it tries to interact with the desktop (which is owned by the login user, not Local System).   Unfortunately, I am not enough of a Windows expert to offer methods for working around this limitation. It was executed and the log shows that the response is successfully executed but nothing happened in the RealSecure sensor.   Could anybody tell me how to properly configure this feature?
