Dear Sirs,
 
I am new to RealSecure.  I have installed Internet Scanner 7.0 on a dedicated machine which is running windows 2000 professional with SP3 (Eng Version), and the Site Protector 2.0 with latest Service Pack which running on the MS Windows 2000 server SP3 and MSSQL 2000 SP3. 
 
I have find out the Internet Scanner 7.0 has a status "Not Responding" and "Offline". 
 
The solution for myself is restart both of the machine.  Does ISS can provide me a better solution?
