Could that be a problem with MSDE 2k sp3 been not applied. I feel that certain dlls are not registered pertaining to ISS workgroup manager.

I am facing a error message when ever I try to open by ISS Realsecure console. The error notifies me of some dlls as not been registered and asks me to contact iss support. The reported error is as below.

Please note that I have just installed the MSDE 2000 and ISS workgroup manager 6.7. The error is witnessed when I am trying to open the console. The installation of both the products completed successfully without any warning or error. I also tried searching the ISS knowledgebase but found no article on the same. Also tried rebooting the machine a couple of times. Lastly tried reinstalling the OS and also reinstalling workgroup manager 6.7 and MSDE 2000. But the problem remains.
The OS I have installed is Windows 2000 prof with sp3. The hardware details meet the system requirements as documented by ISS.
