Service Pack 2 has a few of key features that improve reporting:
1) The ability to export signature help embedded in the exported reports
has been added
2) The formatting problems with PDF and Printer reporting have been
fixed
3) A link to the graphical reports has been added to the reporting menu
(Most customers didn't realize that graphical reporting existed in the
dashboard view. Don't forget in the Dashboard metrics views you can
compare asset and sensor groups by multi-selecting with shift-click on
the grouping tree)

Service Pack 3 in Q4 2003 brings more enhancements:
1) More overview graphs
2) View Base-lining is improved to better display detail changes between
two time periods

Post Service Pack 3:
1) We are building a web interface for easy access to security data
without the full java client. This functionality does not yet have a
specific release date.
