[ISSForum] XPU Update Problem

Hi there,

I got a problem with my update it seems the NS would not update to 20.19

I can download it from the console and I see the files and it tells me its installed

But when I check the version it doesn’t show 20.19, and when I check in the NS

Update it tells me that 20.19 is not installed. Can you please inform me of a

Solution.

I’m using Windows 2000 SP4 with MS-SQL (all updated and patched)

ns 7.0.2002 155 (MU 20.18)

event collector 6.5.2003.34 (SR 1.5)
