Actually, you don't have to restart issDeamon service after editing the
IssdkInterface.policy file... Just restart the service "RealSecure
SiteProtector Sensor Controller".

You have tu edit the file
%ISS_PATH%\RealSecure SiteProtector\Application
Server\config\IssdkInterface.policy
You can find in there a line to write username and password for proxy
authentication.
You have to restart issDeamon service after editing the file

I 'm currently trying to update my network sensors via the SITE Protector
console,unfortunatel I get an Athentication required by proxy 407 error.
How do I then update my sensors and site protector manually.
I also tried the manual upgrader which also returns the same error.
NB:I've already configured my proxy on the manualupgrader and my internet
explorer lan settings accordingly.i.e username and password.proxy IP and
Port
Which latest update files need to be in the directory XPU\update\Realsecure
and Site_Protector
may be if I can download them and cut them to cd and install that might
work.
Bottom line please HELP
