Subject: Auto update failing trying to download XML catalog
Has anyone else experienced this problem.
I currently have SiteProtector 2.0 (SP 2.1) installed and it seems to have a problem downloading the XPU catalogs. When I right click SiteProtector Core and select "Details ..." I sometimes see the message "Offline - Failed trying to download XML catalog" next to "XPU System Status" and all the components in SiteProtector show "Available updates" as No. There does not seem to be a problem connecting to the Internet because running the manual upgrader (without specifying any proxy server information) downloads the catalogs without a problem. After downloading catalogs using the manual upgrader SiteProtector show that updates are available.
Kind regards
Christo de Beer
