Hi,
That error usually appears when you try to connect to a SiteProtector
Application Server 2.0 using a SPConsole with a higher version. For
example:
- SPConsole 2_0_1 trying to connect a SiteProtector Core 2.0 with Service
Pack 1.
- SPConsole 2_0_2 trying to connect a SiteProtector Core 2.0 with Service
Pack 1 or 1b.
The easiest way to fix this problem is reinstalling the SPConsole version
2.0 from your CD or Deployment Manager, and then, when you successfully
connect to the SP App Server, a SPConsole upgrade will have place, and the
versions will coincide.

This typically means either your DB server or your app server has
crashed and lost connection to the server. Just close to the console
and re-open it and try to reconnect. If you fail, then check your
servers.
