Are you trying to install ICEcap or BlackICE (AKA RealSecure Dekstop) agents?
ICEcap must run as a service in Windows. Generally, the best thing to do is to create a local account on the Windows server and then give it Administrative rights as well as Logon as Service rights. Then run the ICEcap service under that account. Agents generally must be installed on systems with administrative-level rights.
