Did encounter this same scenario after doing a WGM
update. What you could try to do is check if you have
the "criteria.policy" file on your ...\Program
Files\ISS\RealSecure Workgroup Manager\ directory. If
the file is missing or corrupted, I would advise that
you copy the attached criteria.policy that I am
enclosing to this directory and then try creating a
customized report :)
