There really isn't any documentation on the policies per se, but the checks are listed in the following document. http://documents.iss.net/literature/SystemScanner/S2_Checks_3.18.pdf However, there are more checks after XPU18 (XPU 19-23). They are listed in the readme files for the XPU's.
