Hello!

I'm trying to apply X-Press updates to a network sensor. It doesn't work at
all. I tried it with right-klick on the sensor itself and the group... No
success. I received the following two messages:

Applying update to group:
"An upgrade of type 'X-Press Update' was currently not available for sensor
[EMAIL PROTECTED]".

Applying update to sensor:
"No updates currently available for this component".

Well, I remember that there is a hint during the basic installation
(deployment manager) of the siteprotector. in the "Siteprotector Installation and
Configuration Guide Version 2.0, Service Pack 3" on page 44 I found the
following:

12. Type your name and email address, and then click Next.
Note: This information is optional, although you will not be able to
download X-Press Updates if you do not enter it on this page. See the
SiteProtector Help for information about X-Press Updates.
The installation program may last as long as 20 minutes, depending
on the speed of your computer and the available RAM.
When the installation is complete, a summary box appears indicating
the success of the installation.

I didn't enter any information there during the installation... Now my
question: is it possible to configure this information afterwards? Or do I have to
install the whole stuff again just to enter this info? :-o Is there another
procedure to manually place the *.ini and *.xpu files in the correct
directory of the management console?

Thanx for any feedback!
Elloit
