If you are having problems seeing events since sometime last week and updated your
database to the latest 1.38 there is a workaround.
If you are running Microsoft SQL 2000 Server open Enterprise Manager. Navigate to
Console Root->Microsoft SQL Servers->SQL Server Group->local->Management->SQL Server
Agent-> Jobs. Now right click the "Load Sensor Data and Post Process in RealSecureDB"
and select "Stop Job." If you get some 212 database error it's ok and hit "OK." Now
right click again and select "Start Job" Select the first step ID and hit "Start." It
will process the jobs but you won't see it refreshing unless you right click again and
hit "Refresh Job." This process will take at least a few minutes but you should be
getting events in your console now. If the jobs finish and you still don't see any
events please feel free to email or call the support center for further assistance.
