We've seen this on desktops too...   Check your virusscanner to see if it's
constantly reading a BI file....   Easy way around this is to then exclude
this file from your virus scan's, however if you want a more in depth answer
look at other process' running....  Ie 3rd process iniate's a signature,
this then starts to constantly update BI file, this then causes Virusscanner
to constantly run over that file causing the CPU max.

hi,

we have a server sensor ver 7 on an IIS + Exchange , the blackd.exe file
suddenly eats up all the system resources and Users start to complaint  , we
have turned the blackd.exe (service disabled) is this normal any upgrades ??
