Actually, the only NIC specificity configurable in Internet Scanner 7.x is for the Raw
Packet Server. This can be set in the Sensor Properties dialog under Miscellaneous.
As for restricting Scanner from using the other NIC in general (not inclusive of the
RPS), unless you setup default routes in your IP configuration to enforce the use of a
specific NIC to comm with a specific network, Scanner will let the OS make whatever
traffic path determination that it sees fit to make.

yes, it is possible.
Edit the properties of the network sensor to set the "NIC Affinity"
Unbind TCPIP from the NIC in windows if you want the sensor to be in stealth
mode.
note... the sensor does not understand teaming software.
