Dear Jean Paul, Yes, it is running on supported OS.
And I got the source of the error. As I have written I got this error on startup, choosing report type and report generation (which did not allow me so see any report). I find out that most probably Database Scanner uses the date generated from the system in string concatenation for creating a request to internal database. In my case the database request is wrong because of existence of special characters (e.g. '?') in the database query because of the unknown system date format. The reason for all is that I am using regional setting for Bulgaria and Bulgarian language and the date is in Cyrillic. May be this error could appear on systems using Cyrillic languages. I solve the problem by just changing regional settings to USA, English language. May be it is possible to solve the problem by just changing the date/time format.
