I've done so, but nothing was changed: error still appears. Information about versions. All SiteProtector components are installed on single machine running Win 2k Advanced server SP4 + all latest critical patches. Edited policy is derived from policy Adaptive_Client for sensor version 7.0. Policy is valid. Desctop Controller: 6.9 (SP 4.9), Available updates - No SP Core version is 2.0 (SP 3.0) All XPUs on all components are installed and available updates - No. Thanks a lot for help.
