Similiar environment. Noticed an increase from 10kbps to 60 kbps utilization across WAN circuits using default policies. Server load (cpu/mem) noticed no impact. TAC case with ISS gave us an answer of "no metrics for increase in utilization" they suggested turning down the policy. Other than that, I don't see any performance problems that didn't exist in previous versions.
